51% Moscato Bianco and 49% Pinot Noir

VINIFICATION
After selecting the most ideal Moscato Bianco and Pinot Noir grapes, the must is stored at 32°F while it is blended and fermented. The wine only matures until it reaches 7% alcohol. Afterwards, the wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks in order to prevent further fermentation. Then it is micro-filtered and bottled.
