Blend of Italian White Grapes
Vibrant & beautiful lemon-yellow color with a lively, effervescent fizz that appears light when poured over ice.
This sparkling wine cocktail is well-balanced with a lemon citrus zest and subtle lime notes. The delicate sweetness displays unique zesty characters and leaves the palate with a refreshing finish.

Our harvested Italian grapes are pressed, fermented and converted into sparkling wine using the Charmat method. Before bottling, our Italian sparkling wine is fused with our special blend featuring all-natural distilled lemons to create Zonin's Coastal Lemon Spritz.

Our Lemon Spritz is the perfect aperitif and cocktail base that complements a gourmet meal, chic picnic, or adventurous beach party, adding to the romance, ambiance, and fun. Pair with seafood, meats, and veggies for all dining and casual cocktail occasions.
COASTAL SPRITZ
- Zonin Coastal Lemon Spritz
- Ice
- Lemon Slice
- Rosemary Sprig for garnish
Chill, Serve, and Enjoy. Garnish with a dehydrated Lemon wheel and rosemary sprig. Add the cocktail umbrella for a nice coastal feel.
AMALFI MARTINI
- 2 oz Zonin Coastal Lemon Spritz
- 1 1/2oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Fresh Mint Leaf and Lemon Peel Twist for garnish
Add all ingredients together with ice and strain in a martini or coupe glass. Top off with Zonin Coastal Lemon Spritz and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and mint sprig.
SORRENTO SANGRIA
- 2 oz Zonin Coastal Lemon Spritz
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
- Fresh Blueberry
- Fresh Mint
- Mint Sprig for garnish
Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice. Pour the cocktail mixture over ice in each glass. Garnish with mint sprigs and dehydrated lemon wheels.
Margarita spritz
- 2 oz Zonin Coastal Lemon Spritz
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Tajin Salt Rim and Lemon Slice for garnish
Shake all ingredients together well with ice. Rim glass with sliced lemon and add tajin. Pour mixture over ice and strain. Finish off with more Coastal Spritz and add a lemon for garnish.
