Blackberry Prosecco Delight
Ingredients:- ⅓ cup of fresh blackberries (Set a few aside for garnish.)
- ⅓ cup of water
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- In a saucepan, simmer the above ingredients to make a basic blackberry syrup. Let the mixture cool for about 15 minutes. Then, strain the blackberries, and place 2 tablespoons of syrup into each cocktail glass.
- Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and a few additional fresh blackberries.
- Serves four. This drink is as delicious as it is pretty.
Rhapsody in Raspberry Cocktail
Ingredients- 6 fresh raspberries (save 2 for the garnish)
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 4 dashes bitters
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- Chilled Prosecco
- Take the raspberries, mint leaves, bitters, and simple syrup and muddle together until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place the mixture into a cocktail glass and fill with chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with a couple of raspberries and a fresh mint leaf.
- Serves one. This is a stunning and tasty Prosecco mixed drink your guests will surely enjoy
Prosecco and Pomegranate Cocktail
Ingredients: For the Cocktail:- Chilled Prosecco
- 14 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 Lime wedge
- Fresh pomegranate seeds
- Pour the sugar into a wide-mouthed bowl. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of the cocktail glass and then dip it into the sugar.
- Fill the glass with pomegranate juice and Prosecco. Then garnish with a few fresh pomegranate seeds.
- Serves four. This cocktail is a beautiful, tangy, and bubbly sensation.
Peach Bellini
Ingredients:- 5 medium, fully ripe peaches (reserve 1 peach for garnish)
- 1 bottle of chilled Prosecco
- Take 4 of the peaches, slice them in half, remove the pits, then place the peaches into the blender or food processor to purée. Put the fruit mixture in the fridge to chill for about a half-hour.
- Then spoon the mixture into flutes, pour in some Prosecco and gently stir. You can top it off with a bit more Prosecco if desired. Garnish with a small slice of peach.
- Serves four. These Bellinis are particularly wonderful for brunch.
Orange Prosecco Cocktail
Ingredients: Equal Parts of:- Chilled Prosecco
- Carbonated Water
- Aperol
- Gently stir all the ingredients together in a cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange slice.
- This is colorful and tasty, and just perfect for a festive cocktail party.
Mimosa with Prosecco
Ingredients:- 2 ounces of orange juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons grenadine
- Chilled Prosecco
- Fill cocktail glasses ⅔ full with fruit juice. Gently stir. Top with chilled Prosecco. Then, add grenadine.
- Serves one. Mimosas are always great for brunch, but they also make a delightful indulgence at a backyard pool party.
