This cocktail is perfectly sweet and bubbly that can even be enjoyed at brunch or when celebrating. Blackberries and thyme create a unique and refreshing flavor combination that pairs well with just about anything.-
- 1/3 c. blackberries plus some for garnishing
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 bottle of Zonin Prosecco
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler
Few things scream summer quite like fresh citrus juice, and this cocktail brings out the very best flavors. The rosemary is optional but, in our opinion, it adds unique flavor complexity to this brunch drink.-
- 4 c. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2-3 c. sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Zonin Prosecco
Prosecco Margaritas
Who doesn’t love a Margarita? Perhaps one of the most popular drinks of all-time, especially in the summer, this Margarita takes an intriguing turn and will be a true brunch favorite.-
- 3 oz. blanco tequila
- 3 oz. Cointreau
- 4 oz. chilled simple syrup
- 8 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 bottle of Zonin Prosecco
- Coarse salt to rim glasses
- Lime wedges
